Hello from a total palm newbie!

I am trying to pair my T3 with my laptop (windows XP), but I need a PIN and don't know where to find it - can anyone help?

Hello! You define the PIN. For example, when the conputer asks for the PIN you enter 1234 and you'll use 1234 when the Palm asks for the PIN after that.

ok, thanks - have done that.

Now I'm trying to hotsync via bluetooth and I get the message:

unable to initiate hotsync operation because the port is in use by another application.

help!!
