I have in HP iPAQ rx3700 with the ram update from windows that changes the media player and other stuff, and since then everytime I try to use nevo or acces the iPAQ File Store my system freezes and I have to give a soft reset for it to work. What can I do in this case?

Have you by any chance restored a backup created with the old version? This can cause lots of problems.

Also, are there any other software installed after this update? If yes, then I recommend you hard reset the device, and try using it for a couple of days with no other additional software. If it works well you can try adding one software at a time to see if things keep working - this might help identify the source of the problem as well.

The PC I had the backup was restored and I lost it, and I have done a lot of hard resets and the problem persists. I havent installed any software.

Ok, so you haven't restored an old backup on this new version of the Pocket PC system, correct?

Was this updated downloaded from the HP site?

Could you please report how much memory is available on this Pocket PC now (Start | Settings | System | Memory)?

Yes, the update was from the HP site. The Total main memory is 56.66, and free 37.42.
