I am just curious if I can use PDA with my USB flash drive if I connect it through USB A female TO MINI-B ADAPTERthe following adapter:

I doubt it, most PDAs/Phones etc don't have a USB host which and are themselves just USB clients.  Which means they cannot use another usb client device (like a flash drive etc).

Have a look at the specs of your pda as I think some may now be doing this but it's probably a pretty recent thing.

Correct, only a very small number of PDAs have USB Host adapters.
