Hey,

I have a brand new qteck 7070 and it has been working fine untill i turned the phone on and it stuck on the opening "Qtek SmartPhone" Screen and will not go past this. I have drained the battery i have taken all the cards out but i can't get it to work. Does anyone know what to do? Is there a reset code or something?
Thanks Very Much,
Shaun

Shaunoz - have you done a hard reset on the device? If so, it sounds like your rom got currupted some how in which case you should install a new build on the device. But, first try the hard reset.

First take out the battery for a few seconds.
Then, while holding the record button, turn on the phone.
It will come up w/ a message saying 'Card Found'.
You should get an option 'Press action button to enter diagnosis mode.'
Press the action button.
On the next menue choose the "Erase IPSM" and wait for the "Passed" message to be displayed.
On the left there will be an "End" option. Select that.
The screen will have red, green, and blue if I recall correctly.
Restart your phone.

Hope this helps.

Cheers!

R3v0lv3r, try a hard reset. If this doesn't solve, you'll probably have to send the phone for repairs.
