Having resurrected this function in Android, I thought I may have a wonder over to the Windows Phone world (I believe that is related to Microsoft) to see it they have put it back into Windows Phones (or maybe an update, as it was in Windows Mobile 6.1)?
Thanks, that was the conclusion I had come to. I had looked for 3rd party extensions or some sort of update from MS but alas, no luck. I'll upgrade the test iOS handset to v5 and try Nitrodesk Touchdown on that, it works on Android but not as confident with iOS being more locked down than Android.
I have hopped from Android to Windows Phone and now I've created a thread on iOS. The only platform I'm not going to ask on is Symbian^3, because I know the answer to that already. I had hoped with Nokia going to Microsoft they may get this feature (I'm not sure what I based that hope on :-)
