Hiya

1) I would like to know if there is a way to reset the 3650 such that the user memory is completely erased. The firmware must not be touched.

2) I am planning to get a SE P900. Is there a way to tranfer the info (calender, contacts, messages, notes) from the 3650 to the P900?

Thanks

There's a reset option in the phone settings, but I don't have one here to tell exactly where. Press the menu button and browse to the configuration icon.

If you can synchronise the Nokia 3650 with a computer all data will be stored on your Microsoft Outlook. You can then synchronise the P900 and it'll receive this data.

Found "Orig. phone settings" - Is that the one?

When syncing with Outlook, will all messages ie. sms/mms be copied?

One more quest: If one had to compare the 6600 with P900, which would one opt for? Looking for a PDA/Phone combo. Or given the choice should one upgrade now or wait a few months? Is there anything new coming out?

Yes, that's the one. You'll need the phone's security PIN to reset. In general it's 0000. If you try and it fails don't keep trying with other numbers, otherwise it'll lock the phone and you'll need the PUK code.

It'll not copy SMS or MMS...
