Has anyone had an issue with installing the Samsung Additional Call settings app, it downloads and partially installs then stops and just says attention required, if you click it, it just tries all over again, with same results also the additional call settings is unavailable from that point, I have tried a factory reset a couple of times with no luck has anyone else had this issue, also how can I decline an update?

Same problem here lawl, I'm guessing its because we're on an old version of the OS

On a related note: http://www.wpcentral.com/have-unlocked-samsung-ativ-s-you-might-be-getting-gdr2-right-now

I think we need to put some more pressure on 2 degrees to sort out their updates.

Did you ask them if they had released updates to 2 degrees yet?

They said its up to 2d to approve the updates, so yea its up to them really, see this thread we are waiting for an answer from 2degrees http://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=85&topicid=124555 , what would be interesting is if the telecom ativ S which has the update is expirencing the same issue?, I also noticed that app was updated on the 15/7/13

I have heard that 2degrees has approved previous updates but Samsung has not pushed them out, but apparently a master update (GDR2 I think) is being worked on and Samsung apparently will release that once 2degrees approves it. so hang in there, hopefully the FM radio functionality will return.

Updates can take quite a while to get pushed out once approved sometimes many months

Correct FM radio is a feature in GDR2, if the handset has the FM hardware
