Hi there,

I have been having an issue with viber on my windows phone.

When having a text conversation, I can initiate a conversation from my contacts list selecting the person's name and sending the message. However when they reply this starts a separate thread with a +021 Number which is my contacts number. If I try to reply to the thread I get a message saying

"message unsent, This contact no longer has viber installed. Send regular SMS message instead"

This is silly because I'm replying to the message i just received. The only way for me to reply is to back out and go back into the other thread. This is really irritating, does anyone know how to fix it. I have tried re installing a couple of times.

This has been resolved. Now I just need to figure out why the tile on the home screen won't show notifications

I had to edit the phone number in the main address book of the phone. From 021 to +6421 prefix, now it works fine

cool

You should always be using that prefix as default. Causes less/no issues when roaming or for apps such as these !
