I ordered an import E65 yesterday because I've been unable to get confirmation that the Vodafone branded version will infact have the VoIP capabilities intact. I've primarily purchased mine to use VoIP over WiFi but having tested VoIP over 3G it'll be interesting to play with that using a handset.

It just shows you the lenghts some operators will go to protect their inflatated call prices.

No its not, makes me very glad I'll have a non-branded N95 in my hands this evening!

I really hope that the findings go against the Telcos, that way theres a greater chance of a similar ruling here.
