Sorry but what is so good about BBM, just wondering? How is BBM different from say Viber or Tango?

I'm just wondering why there is a lot of Hype for this release.

Security is relative. Are you safe in the believe the company will be around next year?

In the last two days I got emails from three people leaving the company due to "reductions" in APAC...

Just downloaded it (iPhone), and because I registered interest a while ago on their site, they reserved a PIN apparently so setup was instant. Looks promising. Not sure how to get people to switch though, now that nearly everyone I know gets unlimited txts included in their plans.

Pre-registration is where it's at.

Not that I have anyone to talk to on BBM yet, since no-one else I know pre-registered.

Same! Of course, I don't have any mates in SA, but the point remains.
