OK,

So I got Viber on my phone.

It pulled some of my contacts from my People contacts list but not others, at least on of the contacts it didn't pull over I am sure is on Viber.

What's the best way to add new contacts or find people that are on Viber?

Thanks.

Make sure you have correct email addresses and latest phone numbers. I know this changes quite frequently (why? why? why?) but if you have the same people in Outlook, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter then you have a chance of having the latest contact information making it easier to find others...

A very good point. Thanks.

Yeah, I don't know why this changes as much as it does but there are people I have multiple emails and numbers for.

I'll get on that and see how it goes.

Don't know why people change phone numbers so often, I'm still rocking my 6 digit 021 number, I must have had it more than 12 years now.

I thought viber contacts works by their current registered phone number on that device?

when they insert a sim card viber won't work unless it verifies the phone number, so it doesn't link by emails etc

Yes, but it finds contacts by THEIR phone number and email.
