I have a HP Ipaq hx2495b. It has Windows Mobile v5.0 and IE Mobile. I am looking to run java on the unit.
HP was of no help.  Anyone have any ideas ??

Welcome to Geekzone... There are two things we have to distinguish here: are you wanting to run Java applets (such as J2ME) or do you need a browser with Java support?

If you want to run J2ME applets than you need to install a JVM - there are a few in the market. If you need a web browser with Java support, then you need to use Access NetFront.

Mind you, even though Access NetFront does a good job, not 100% of Java-enabled webpages work ok...
