Hi,

I've got a new HTC 8s which I bought off trade me but can't get into the app store or update my phone as the accounts I have synced are my fb and my hotmail/outlook.
On the phone it has Microsoft account but I can't get it too work.
It says I need to ring Microsoft to get a code.
I think this phone is a demo from overseas so maybe that's the issue?
Bloody frustrating as it asks if I want to use my outlook account to access the appstore and if I say no my hotmail will sync but if I say yes it won't work for either.
My wife has the same phone and hers works fine- bought from the warehouse.
I even made a new account thinking that might work but still no good.
Anyone else had this issue or anything similar?
