To all you treo 650 users out there, i have a small problem which i hope that you can help me with :)

Every since winter hit, i have noticed that my Treo 650 will freeze whenever the unit gets cold.

I have deduced this using a variety of methods:

Keeping in pocket vs keeping in bag --> freezes after about an hour in bag but not when in pocket
Keeping on desk vs keeping under pillow ---> freezes after leaving overnight on table but not when under pillow


In both situations the difference is the phone didn't freeze when it was kept warm.

This is only a little difference in temperature (20 degrees room temp vs about 30 degrees near skin)

If anyone can recommend a good solution, please advise :)
