Anyone know how/where to get hold of these babies.  The only place I've found them was on the version wireless store.  They randomly cancelled my order with no supplied reason.   I need to get 3 or 4 of these suckers.

I know they aren't available here. But when I asked WHERE they were available (and asked twice just in case someone missed a mention) I didn't even get a reply...

Yes... Having said that, I managed to break wife's Windows Phone so I passed my Lumia 1020 to her and now using the new HTC One M8 (tried using the Samsung S5, but that thing is really terrible).
