The memory on my H4150 is critically low. Is there away to move programs from the main device memory to my 256mb card?

You can move data from \My Documents to this card, mainly images and multimedia files. This will give you some space. Use File Explorer or browse the device from your computer while connected through ActiveSync.

For programs, you'll need to uninstall them, and install again. This time make sure to indicate you don't want to use the Main Memory location, but the Storage Card.
