SOMEONE out there with this model PDA must be able to help me.....
I cannot view file attachments in PDF, Jpeg, .doc, .xls, .ppt formats.....
It's FRUSTRATING!!!!! I click ópen attachment'but the device tells me that the file is empty (and I know it isn't, becuase I can view it perfectly well on my PC). Specs for this PDA say that it has integrated attachment viewing, so I am lost.
Help me, please?????

The first point of contact is your provider's support. They should tell you if there's any policy preventing downloading attachments.
