Hello All... my rant again!!! *LOL*

I think arcsoft mms composer is the worst MMS composer i have ever seen or used... it lacks of integration with smartphone2 Contact, it lacks of ability to search SD/MMC Storage Card for photos or audio (and the inability to send Video, YUCK!)

Is there anyway to lobby a complaint to Arcsoft to urge them to come out with a newer update/improvement for their MMS composer?

Things that I like to see great improvement from are:
1) tighter or better integration with smartphone Contact : currently you can only compose MMS by going to PXT or Arcsoft MMS Composer, and use its "address book" function to input receipent's contact.

2) ability to send video mms.

3) ability to search/look into all storage card or storage area : currently the mms composer only look/monitor the built-in storage on the device for photos or audios and not other storage area.

4) display the name of the receipent and sender when viewing mms messages : currently the mms composer only display phone number which is meaningless and unfriendly to me.

If anyone else has anymore to add to here, i hope it will be a good starting point to send our message across to Arcsoft alerting them their mms composer isn't as top-notch as the phone. Then I guess we can really hope Mauricio can help sending this message across to Arcsoft, letting them know. *THANK IN ADVANCE TO Mauricio!!!!*

Can't do much, since I don't have a contact within ArcSoft. I've submitted a feedback on Arcsoft's web site, but as all other feedback forms they say "we can't reply all feedback, but it's important to us". Let's see what happens next.

You say inability to send video... But there's an option there to add video to the MMS, and it worked for me. Are you missing something?

It should be. When I launch mine I have

1 New Message

7 Settings

Select | About

Clicking 1 brings the composer, where I can just follow the instructions I've posted before. About tells me this is MMS Composer, Version 1.5.0.13, Arcsoft.

Register on Club i-mate. Go to Device Support, select Smartphon2, and there's a Device Update section there. You can download the Vodafone customisation from that site. You might have to hard reset your Smartphone2.
