I have a client that runs a Telecom palm treo 700wx with windows Mobile5 connecting via a thin client (xpE) that terminal logs on to the exchange server, we a re using active sync 4.5 and can not transfer more than 100 items (calender appointments mainly) also we can not access the settings on active sync 4.5 (like options from the tools menus) as they are greyed out. When syncing via the cable ( can not remote sync) the PDA shows syncing - Contacts 100 of 220 , Calender 100 of 278, email 100 of 1121 have tried erasing the device (hard reset) and have tried another Treo. Any suggestions. Thanks heaps

Found the problem, thin client running xp (professional) embedded, limits the trasnfer to 100 items, it also disables numberous functions in active sync. Seems a really stange thing to do is you ask me, I cant see why you would inhibit the os
