I've got my Lumia 830 but I'm a bit confused, are there meant to be earphones included in the box? I've got the USB cable, the AC adapter but no ear phones. Have they stopped including them? is it possible to pick some up some replacement ones from the Spark store?

On the Spark site they are not listed as being in the box

Cool, thanks - just checked out on the net but it appears that Phone Arena is wrong as usual - oh well, ear buds are cheap enough to purchase separately.

I must admit we were surprised and disappointed not getting earbuds with our Lumia 830s. It's still a $600 phone, even cheap feature phones come with earbuds.
On the other hand, getting the wireless charging plate included was good.

I would take the wireless charging plate over earbuds any day.
Bundled ones tend to be garbage anyway - no big loss.
