I am a recent convert (from Palm) and when I do an ActiveSync the emails transfer over but not the attachments. The "help" file suggests I open ActiveSynch and then File and then Mobile Device but it is blanked out so I can't instruct it to download the attachments. How do I do it? Many thanks to anyone for their assitance

You have to configure this on ActiveSync. double-click the Inbox icon and you'll see this dialog:

ActiveSync Inbox Configuration

If you have lots of attachments, it's a good idea to cofigure your Pocket Inbox on the Pocket PC to store the attachments on a storage card.
