What is the best way to get help with a Windows Store issue? After buying a new phone, one of my apps won't install, returning an error code 80004005. This appears to be an issue when a previously-free app goes paid, as is the case with the app in question Unofficial Samsung Remote.

From my phone, the app displays as "owned", but errors on install. From windowsphone.com, the app displays as being able to purchase for $1.20.

compare with http://forums.windowscentral.com/windows-phone-apps/270369-app-no-longer-published.html

What might have happened is a free app was published then discontinued, then a paid one with similar identity created.

There is a distinction between free and paid apps, and there may be a discontinuity between the two states.

I suggest asking on answers.microsoft.com.
