There isn't an official WM6 ROM that has been released by Telecom yet. If you are with another provider (like Sprit), you can check their website for the ROM.

If you do decide to upgrade your device, you'll be using pirated/nonlicensed software which could brick your phone (and void any warranty/support for any issues relating to the software or ROMs).
