Just to air my personal views.

I got so frustrated trying to get my Sony Clie NZ90 to connect to the internet via Bluetooth on my desktop. One thing for sure, their online support and handbook are definitely USELESS.

This is a good site. Instructions are user friendly and easy to follow. Keep up the good work man.

Will definitely recommend this site to friends with the same problems.
