After a rather tragic accident with a family member's Lumia 640, I'm going to have to replace the glass. Given the screen and glass appear to be glued together, I'll have to replace the screen, digitiser and glass.

Has anyone tried the non-oem products like the one for sale on this Trademe ad?

Probably cheaper just to buy a new phone. Dick Smith had them for $119 the other day.

You're right, at that price it'd certainly be better to just buy another one! Hopefully they'll have another sale over New Years.

My chief concern about the third-party product is the quality of the LCD; bit of a gamble.
