I just back to overseas. When I am out there I have my Windows Mobile 6 (w Vodafone) on roaming.

I noticed in some weak network coverage are it takes a long time to connect to GPRS.

Are there anyway to tweak the registry to extend the wait time for estbalishing the gprs connection?

Not really. And GPRS is not the most reliable technology, added to the fact you already said it's a weak coverage spot...
