You have to check if you have data on this account. If yes, are you able to check your e-mails by using the P900 only?

If yes, then you need to find out what is exactly the APN to use and the CID in the phone configuration. For a start you can try the number *99# (default CID), or *99***1# and so on (replacing 1 with 2,3,4 for each CID configured in the phone).

It also helps if you tell us what operator you're using...

im using tmobile here in new york, i do have a data plan. i can use the p900 to get email and surf, ect

ok heres what im looking to do. My cell phone is already turned on..i dont have to call it. i want to use my ipaq(bluetooth) to check and compose email using the P900 as the connection. can anyone help me out?
