To Hard Reset an OKTA Boss
 1- Power off phone
2 - Hold down centre OK button
3 -Hold down POWER button This should retain all the 'telecom phone' programming content. Will dump all the user data though returning you to out of the box functions

Do this if you are going to change Exchange Server users... otherwise all of the previous users outlook will be copied into the new user...
