I have an OKTA Touch.

When in flight mode, activesync automatically un-flightmodes it about 2 mins later to sync!!

 I was thinking the same thing, as the scedule ( or mobile push) but I checked with my one and it doesnt do it, sure there is no email in the out box it is trying to send
