Using a Toshiba Tablet PC (M400) and the Toshiba BT stack I have been successfully connecting over BT to the Internet with a k800i.  Running through the Toshiba BT software it finds the phone, enter pass phrase etc. and then pops up a new DUN dialogue. Rather than let the PC autodetect the modem I manually choose and under SE there are some options for T610 K700i and K750i. Up till now I have chosen K700i or K750I and that seems to work for the K800i.

Trying to do the same for the P1I I choose K750i. However once the DUN connection is made, and I try to dial the Internet, it won't connect. I just get modem not responding errors.

Anybody out there successfully connected a P1I over BT using DUN?

Thanks

Larry

Never mind - sorted it out. Using a BT USB stick I could connect okay so it must be something to do with the Toshiba BT stack on my Tablet PC. Replaced the Toshiba BT stack with the Microsoft Stack (Toshiba says that's fine) and it worked fine.  Now can replace my K800i all the time now thankfully.
