I have done everything I know to do and still cannot sync my PDA to my Sony Vaio laptop. I am running XP Pro and Active Sync 3.7. First of all my laptop won't recognize the USB Cradle or a USB direct cable. I do not have a serial connection. The battery won't charge, although the unit shows it to be charging when connected to the computer or AC outlet. I figure the solution is a simple one, but I am all out of answers. Anyone out there that wants to tackle this?
