hi all ,

i am tring to connect my Windows Moblie 6.0 device with PC which have Windows XP and Active Sync 4.5 software.
when ever i connect my device with PC it shows "User Authanticated" message but on PC side Active Sync software show Connecting for long time and don't connect. i don't know where the problem is.. ?

please guid me to solve the issuse.

I suggest you check that you don't have other USB devices plugged and make sure you are using a USB port - USB HUBs are not good for this because of power requirements.

I am connecting my device directly with System without using any external hub. actully other mobile are getting connecting at same port.
