Hi,

I have i-mate PPC Ph Ed. Now my problem-

the Incoming SMS notification sound is just one time sound (whichever I select). So, if I don't hear this notification that once, I will not know that I have a new SMS till I look at the screen.

Now is there a software which I can use to make this sound repeat a specified intervals?

Thanks

The only way I know (I have a QTEK 1010) is to make the WAV file longer. or loop it using software. Apart from that, try looking for third party SMS software.
Most phones don't have a remind-every-5min on SMS function anyway.

hmmm....
yes. the idea of having a long wav file is good.
but, but, but if they can have a 'repeat' for Reminders, what stopped 'em from just attching that functionality to each of the notifications. I think technically, it is not so difficult. or is it?

May be no sound, but atleast it give me red alert when ever I watch my i-mate top right corner, and believe me I don't mind watching over my i-mate more often.

My Samsung R2250 used to give a 5 min reminder for unread SMS (which I do agree was sometime irritating).
I would like atleast a blinking red light on my i-mate
