I am trying to get this going.... The login is mobile@jamamobile, pw telecom, but although the phone dials the number (#777) it does not properly connect. When I go to PIE and select a site, the phone then tells me 'data call ended' and thats that - it would seem something is upsetting it. The dial string is set to +crm=1. I believe the problem is on the PPC - not the phone. The phone works fine with my laptop under XP once I figured out you select the IR modem at the point of dialling the connection (and that the modem option only appears once the phone is in range)

Any suggestions would be appreciated. BTW the PPC is running Windows Mobile 2003. Possibly the Port Settings, TCP/IP, or Server settings are wrong - although although the phone thinks there is a connection, the PPC never gives message to say it is connected - the 'connecting' dialog box just goes away

Have a look in our CDMA forum... I think a couple of very early posts have this kind of problem described.
