Is it possible to convert a pdf file to a lit file; or if you prefer, is it possible to convert an e-book (pc ebook) to an e-book that it is readble on pocket pc?

If the .pdf file is DRM protected I don't think you can convert. Otherwise there could be a tool around somewhere. There are a few .txt and .doc to .lit tools on the Internet.
