I am trying to do two things. I want to sort my calendar appts by the categories and also I am trying to change the preset subjects to my own personalized ones. Is there a trick to doing it? Can anyone help with either issue.

You'll probably need some third party software, like Pocket Informant orAgenda Fusion for this.
