Everytime I connect my phone via usb & sync  to my laptop I lose access to the server on my work network. I still get internet & email but lose access to printers & files. It connects and syncs fine.

I've got a static ip on the network & I'm using Activesync 4.5 on xp pro sp2.

Has any one come across this before? does anybody know what the conflict could be? Or why I'm losing the server?
