Evening all, I'm wondering if someone cal help me find a download on the web for a HTC HARRIER PDA/CELLPHONE?

I believe you can buy the packs from Telecom, but can you also downlad from the internet???

HELP PLEASE!!

What "packs" are you looking for?

Software for HTC Harrier is available from our Geekzone Store for example (search for Windows Mobile Pocket PC software), and many others. No, Telecom doesn't sell software for their Smatphones and PDAs.
