Ok, here's where I'm at:

I have the setup configured and my WiFi connects to my home router and im getting a fairly good signal. But when I try and open my browser, it freezes and then after a while it will say it's unable to get that page (palmone.com). My router (Netgear) recognizes it but I still can't connect. Any ideas?

EDIT: Sorry, this was in the wrong forum... but now my router isn't seeing the device...

Check that your browser is not configured to use a proxy server.

Which browser are you using? if i recall correctly, the TC shipped with an very early version Web Browser Pro - but then they released a patch/upgrade.
The shipped version does not have a proxyless mode. - sometimes the proxy goes down - and maybe it's gone completely now. The newer version has both proxy and proxyless mode
I can't find it on the palmone site, but the newer version of this browser is still available in the yahoogroup Tungsten_C http://groups.yahoo.com/group/tungsten_c/files/
you'll probably need to join the group to get this - but you can unsubscribe later.
hope this helps.

And have you checked that no proxy is defined in your configuration?

There's probably an Options menu on the browser itself...

I also have another problem... I got this palm from my dad, who got it from work; and the serial number and mac address sticker on the back isn't on there anymore. I know the mac address of it, but is there a way I can find the serial number for it?
