I’m having a major problem with my Active Sync. When I put it in the cradle it will start as if it is going to sycn. Them at the top where it says Pocket PC it changes to “Guest” and then stops. I reloaded Active Sync 3.7.1. and still no change. I going out of town in the a.m. and need to sync my info. What should I try. Just a fyi, I stopped in to Best Buy to day and spoke with a guy about setting up security with my Linksys. He was playing with my H4150 for sometime trying to show me something. Not sure if moron boy screwed up my connection.

First perform a soft reset on your Pocket PC, if not done yet. Also, make sure the Pocket PC is not connected to a USB HUB - they don't like each other.

Also, you can try deleting the partnership on ActiveSync (without deleting the file sync folder!), and create it again.

Another thing is that ActiveSync requires XML3 installed. Check that this wasn't changed. Sometimes reinstalling Internet Explorer fixes the problem, otherwise simply downloading and installing the XML parser from msdn.microsoft.com should help too.
