I am going to LA for vacation soon...  and just wondering where can i get map to work on my n95..
i tried nz map on nokia map loader. I can load more map is that correct?

Yep, you can load whatever maps that are available on there.

For the US you download state by state, so you want at least California. If you make it to Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon you want Nevada too (it's not that far - you can go for the day). The Lonely Planet guide is available for LA too (via Guides in Nokia Maps). Remember to enable global roaming on your Vodafone account if you haven't travelled overseas with that number before ...

I also have Google Maps on my phone, I find it much better for searching for something near where I'm standing ... you can download directly to your phone via the phone browser from m.google.com
