i just had a question for all you 3650 owners, i bumped into a counter top and cracked the front fascia of mine, it worked on and off for a day, then it completely stopped working. i just dug it out of the closet today and was wondering if anyone has had a similiar experience? now the phone will power on, but the screen will just show horizontal lines. thanks for any suggestions on what the problem might be.
Hopefully by now, you've found a solution. If not, is the phone still under warrenty? If so, call up your phone carrier and get it replaced. If not, there's always ebay. If you're with T-Mobile, see if they will give you a handset upgrade to a 3660 or if you're lucky a 6600. Depending on how you've been with them and how many upgrades you've had in the past, you may get a good deal.
