H E L P !

I have inherited an IMATE SP3 (with no cables) and want to sync it with Outlook (not express) on my desktop but...

The BlueSoleil dongel i bought is not working at all; while i try to sort that out, i thought...

Maybe I could use Bluetooth between the iMate and my Ipaq which is successfully ActiveSync'd to the dektop.  I can push Contacts thru Bluetooth, but was hoping for a more automatic "Sync" for contatcs and calendar!

Will AcitveSync on the iMate partner with the iPaq, or does it require a desktop as a server?

As you found out you can transfer individual records, but for a full sync you must have ActiveSync (Windows XP) or WMDC (Windows Vista).

IIRC the SP3 uses just a standard USB cable - any cable will do...

Cool,

I was told the cable was unique - thanks for the help (as always!), I'm off to DSE
