Why would my signals be flashing on the Axim X30 when I am sitting in my house and I do not have a Bluetooth phone and as far as I know not close to a hotspot? Also, once you turn on the PDA, is it better to leave it on even when you are not using it...and when it's cradled should it be turned on...thanks in advance...Pat

The flashing LEDs do indicate presence of a wireless LAN point or a Bluetooth device. They only indicate that this Pocket PC has got its wireless capabilities on. You can turn them off (and save battery) if you want.

The Pocket PC is always on, even when you're not using it. It's sleeping or doing something in the background. While it's "off" the programs are suspended and the device will wake up on notifications, like alarms for example. Don't worry about leaving the Dell on all the time, let it sleep, and it's all good.
