Hopefully someone out there can help. I left on a trip and forgot my IPAQ. After two days when I went to turn it on, the battery was dead and I lost all my information. I now know how to use my back up feature thanks to you all and this site. The only prob is it still seems to loose battery power faster than before and I am always having to restore when the battery dies from not being turned on.

A side problem that I am having is syncing it up to email at work. We use an exchange server and outlook 03. I tried both a partnership with a server and one with this computer only. Both times active sync tells me "sync status is on the device". When I look there is an error. I don't really need to connect to the server if I can just get my emails to the IPAQ through outlook 03.

I am currently running 2002 on my IPAQ if that matters.
