hi

 i m new with i-mate jam.My I-mate set works normally except from sound funtionality.wheneve any one make call me on my i-mate the ringtone hear me 100% ok but when i receive call i cant hear any sound from caller side and he also cant hear my voice and when i also play song in window media player on my i-mate No sound come from song only i can see video.i cant understand the problem plz help me to solving this problem....

more information please, has it worked before? is it windows 5 or windows 6?

We can make do with information in 'start>settings>system>device info' please supply.

One liners definitely not going to help you.

Tell what you have done to recover like hard reset? May be you need to upgrade to the official WM6 from the imate website. The more information you can give the better chance of getting help.

yes i had already make the hard reset to i-mate.but the sound problem dont solve.when i set any audio song as ringtone then when anyone call me the sound of the song hears 100% clearly.but when i play the same song on windowmedia player or any other player in i-mate no sound hear.and when someone call me on i-mate he cant hear my sound and i also cant hear his sound.I am very confused about problem its a hardware or software problem.if a hardware problem then why i hear 100% correctly sound from ringtone,plz plz plz help me...... there is windows mobile on my i-mate...
