my bluetooth manager now refuses to offer me the various options such as connnect to the internet, set up active sinc etc when i tap the new button then connect ,a window appears saying "bt wizardce loadlibrary() failed for btwizardprofiles" i have tried a hard reset but still no luck any ideas???
