Well I know that the nokia firmware for 5800 is at 20 something but im stuck at 11. Both PC Suite Updater and the phone say no updates available.. whats going on?

VFNZ have only approved upto Version 11.

You'll need to wait for them to approve version 20 before it will be loaded on NSU

Or change your product code to a code that has v20 enabled on NSU.

Tried this but NSS doesnt seem to like me... Plus this is an imported handset.

I try to read phone and it says error so dunno whats going on

latest NSS and cant do the wipe because there is no keypad... Tried on Vista and XP (dual boot)...

Thing is there is supposed to be drivers installed but I have not seen the driver wizard. Googling the cable type (CA-101) brings very little results... maybe NSS doesnt work with 5800???

Pretty hard when its a touch screen device ;)

* # 7370 # is the better option for device wipe (without the spaces)

No its not loaded with any firmware... In fact I think that its some other country that it is assosciated with as I got it off ebay...

Any ideas?
