I bought this unit recently, and I'm sorry tht I did.

After installing some programs it refuses to boot up and remains at the windows screen.

Can I restore ?
Do you have a service contact?
I contacted I-mate no reply.
I live in Adelaide.

Tony.

What programs are these?

The easiest way to fix this is by taking it back to the shop where you bought it and asking for repair there. They'll know where to send it. If this is a manufacturing defect then it's covered by warranty - providing you still have proof of purchase.
