I have windows xp pro, outlook 2003, activesync 3.7.1 build 4034 and ipaq 4150.

This problem started when I installed activesync:

On my computer I have 2 user accounts. When I log on and use outlook and activesync everything works fine. But when the other user account is logged on with mine still logged on as well, and I then come back to use my account again, I can't see my mails, contacts, calender or sync. I just get an error message saying that another program has been closed unexpected while it was using my outlook.pst file. To avoid this file from being damaged, I have to close all programs using the file. It dosn't help to close outlook and take my hp out of the cradle. I have to restart windows and log on again to get access to outlook. VERY IRRITATING.

Can anyone please help me get around this problem, so I don't have to restart my computer all the time.
